GLASS / Short Drink
RECIPE
Combine the following elements in your mixing glass, pre-cooled in the fridge :
- 6cl Panda Gin
- 2,5 cl Suze3 cl White Vermouth
- 3/4 Drops of Agostura Orange Bitters
Add the ice & stir, let it rest while you prepare your glass
Add the ice to the glass
Strain the liquid into the glass
GARNISH
Small bouquet of rosemary, placed on the side of the glass. Use the icefalls to help you keep it upright, use a tweezer or a gloved hand for this. You don’t want floppy rosemary! Just enough to give the cocktail the aroma it needs.
