Recipe

Put the ingredients in the shaker with ice cubes, shake for the first time. Remove the ice cubes, shake a second time and serve in the glass

- 5cl Panda Gin

-1.5cl cane syrup

- 5 crushed raspberries

- 1 egg white

- 2,5cl Lime Juice

- 2 Drop of orange blossom

Garnish

Spade of 3 raspberries and head of mint
