Recipe:
- 5 cl Panda Gin
- 2.5 cl fresh lime juice
- 1.5 cl spicy mango syrup
- 3 drops of Mint Bitters

Method:
- Combine gin, lime juice, mango syrup, and bitters in a shaker
- Shake with ice
- Fill a pre-chilled long drink glass with ice to the rim
- Double strain (strainer + sieve) into the glass
- Top up with Premium Tonic Water

Rub a lime peel on the rim and base of the glass
Garnish:
- A lime peel, ground black pepper, and a stirrer
