Refund policy

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any questions regarding returns at info@panda-gin.com.

We will refund the full value of any product purchased, provided the following conditions are met:

1) You have the opportunity to return the product(s) in question to us within 14 days of receiving your order

2) Unless faulty, your items must be returned to us in resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition as you received them and with all labels and packaging intact.

3) Please send the return items to the following address, with a note inside including your name, order number and postcode of the original order:

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the postage costs of either your original order or the return, unless the item is faulty.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are dispatched within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
