Our Gin
Panda is an award-winning premium gin, distilled and bottled in Belgium.
It is completely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees.
The delicate flavour of lychee is complemented by other ingredients including cherry, orange zest, basil, rosemary, Chinese star anise, juniper berries and pure water from the High Fens.
The harmony between these ingredients gives Panda gin a subtle but powerful essence, as well as delicate and refined notes. Discover Panda on ice, with a tonic or in a cocktail.

Process
The Panda Gin recipe is the result of our love for high quality spirits and the need to create a completely new product. Months of research were necessary to obtain the perfect combination of flavors from our botanicals.
We analyzed the molecules of our ingredients, identified the aromatic profile and defined what the best distillation process was.
This process allows us to precisely control the quality and flavour of our gin. Some of our botanicals, such as juniper berries, are crushed and macerated in basic alcohol before being transformed in the still. They bring depth and roundness, rich and frank flavours.
Next, our infusion of lychee, cherry, orange peel and star anise – among others – gives our spirit its fruity, bright and rich notes. The more delicate botanicals, like rosemary and basil, are macerated separately. This removes the oils and aromatic components of the plant material. The botanicals are then filtered and added to the still, which ultimately gives the gin its herbal notes.
We use a Pot Still, also called a continuous still, to distill our recipe six times. When it comes out of the still, the alcohol content exceeds 90°. Panda Gin contains 0% sugar. We also take care to preserve the individual qualities of our organic berries.
The distillation process is completed using a multi-plate grinding column. This precise control allows us to perfectly balance the final recipe. We produce everything on site, from distillation to bottling.
Since its creation in 2017, Panda Gin has continued to amaze professionals and amateurs alike.
Philosophy
A commitment to innovation, quality and sustainability.
We place customer satisfaction at the heart of our priorities, by offering them innovative and high-quality products. We fully assume our responsibility to build a successful, resilient and sustainable company, in order to contribute to a better future for future generations. This involves protecting and promoting the Panda Gin brand, respecting our commitments, and exemplary conduct as responsible entrepreneurs.
Aware of the impacts of the food industry, we denounce the over-reliance on toxic chemicals and unsustainable practices. We actively support environmentally friendly methods that preserve the health of ecosystems, ensure long-term land productivity and guarantee the economic viability of activities.
Together, we work towards a more environmentally friendly approach, in harmony with our values and our vision of a sustainable world.
Sustainability
We operate in a magnificent environment that we want to help protect and preserve. Our distillery is located on the Fagnes plateau, the largest area in our country where nature preservation is crucial. The Fagnes began to form around 10,000 years ago, at the end of the Ice Age, on impermeable schist soils of a very old ridge.
Rainwater, as well as that which emerges from the peaty soil, flows along the Fens in small streams which, when joined, end up creating enormous rivers. Their numerous tributaries thus make their way through the Fens, then the forests, towards the valleys, often alternating more peaceful sections with torrential passages. The deep wild valleys around the High Fens are often of unparalleled beauty.
This beautiful environment constantly reminds us why we have chosen to work sustainably. We want to limit our environmental impact, reduce our carbon footprint as well as our waste disposal.
Founded in 1836, the Radermacher distillery is one of the oldest in Belgium. Two centuries of know-how and rigorous selection of raw materials are the key to its success. The distillery remains faithful to tradition but has now equipped itself with modern technologies to produce high-quality distillates.
Certification:
The distillery is not only certified organic, but is also one of the few distilleries that can present BRC and IFS certifications.
The label "Made in Ostbelgien" stands for healthy and high-quality products from Eastern Belgium that are brought to the consumer via short supply chains. This increases the visibility of the region and creates economic added value at the same time: regional economic circuits preserve jobs in agriculture and in small and medium-sized enterprises, contribute to preserving the cultural landscape, protect nature and create trust.
Panda Gin and Radermacher Distillery are driven by a common passion: quality spirits. When developing the recipe, we had to be careful to respect our partner's idea while combining our knowledge, skills and vision. Creating balance and coherence between the idea and the result.
