Delivery
Below are some common questions about shipping.
Where does Panda Gin deliver?
Panda Gin delivers to the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain.
Who delivers my order?
Bpost Pro delivers all Panda Gin orders. However, your order may be forwarded to your country's postal service when your order is outside Belgium.
When will my order be delivered?
You will need to allow between 3 and 7 working days for shipments within Belgium. For shipments outside Belgium you will need to allow between 7 and 14 working days.
What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postman will drop off the package at the nearest post office.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order directly from us. However (for Belgium) you can choose the Bepost / relay point option, where you can choose from several different pick-up locations.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country. For deliveries to Belgium, they vary depending on your choice: home delivery or pick-up point.
I order a gift, can the recipient see the price of the order?
If you're ordering as a gift, don't worry - we don't include an invoice with our deliveries, so the recipient won't see the price of the order. If you want peace of mind for their delivery, but don't need to surprise them, you can enter their email address in the shipping details at checkout to allow them to receive tracking details for their gift.

Below are some of the common questions about orders.
Will my order be confirmed?
Yes, after each order you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Is it possible to place a second order on the same day?
Yes, it is possible. However, this request will be treated as a separate order. We cannot combine separate orders into one box.
I placed an order, but I haven't received an order confirmation yet?
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you do not receive an order confirmation after a few minutes, please check your spam filter first. If you do not find an email there either, please contact us by email at the following address: info@panda-gin.com
I noticed an error in the details of the order I submitted, what should I do?
Don't worry, please contact our Panda customer service as soon as possible by sending us an email, specifying your name mentioned on the order and the necessary changes. We will do our best to implement these changes, but if the order has already been fulfilled, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Please contact our Panda customer service by sending us an email within 30 minutes of your order. During our opening hours, we will do our best to facilitate your request as much as possible, but if your order has already been fulfilled, it will not be possible to cancel it. However, you can consult our return policy.
I see the "promo code" box when checking out, what does this mean?
Here you can enter the promotional discount you received via a code.
Can I order without VAT as a business?
Panda Gin is a private consumer site, so it is not possible for companies to order from us without paying VAT. For all professional requests please contact us by email at the following address: info@panda-gin.com
Do you offer additional discount if I order large quantities?
Yes, if you reach an amount of €140 we will offer you the choice between 3 gifts when you make your purchase in addition to free shipping.
You can also create your own pack of at least 4 items and benefit from 10%
Are the prices VAT included or VAT excluded?
The prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of shipping costs.
Why can I only order a limited quantity of an item?
This can be for a number of reasons. If our stock is so low that an item is likely to sell out, it will automatically be limited to prevent us from disappointing people. Additionally, some items are limited in number of bottles per customer due to their rarity in order to satisfy as many customers as possible.

Below are some common questions about complaints.
How can I contact Panda Gin?
If you have any questions or are unexpectedly unhappy with your order from Panda Gin, please email info@panda-gin.com with your order. You can expect a substantive response from us within 48 hours on business days.
What to do with an order damaged during transport?
If you notice any damage upon receipt of your order, please refuse it and the postman will return it to Panda Gin. Once the order has been received at our warehouse, we will contact you to offer replacement goods or credit.
What should I do with a damaged order when I open the box?
Please contact us by email at the following address: info@panda-gin.com stating your first and last name mentioned on your order, with a photo of the problem(s) you may have noticed. We will take the time together to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Below are some common questions about returns.
Can I also return my order?
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order to Panda Gin, in whole or in part. You have 14 days after receiving the order. Please also contact us by email at the following address: info@panda-gin.com to notify us of your return and explain why you have chosen to return your order in whole or in part.
How should I return products?
If you still have access to the original shipping box, please pack the products in it, along with a copy of the delivery note/invoice, and return the box to our address: Yespirits Company SRL, 31 Drève de la meute, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium.
I no longer have access to the original Panda Gin shipping box, can I still return my product?
You can still return the products to us, but they must reach us in their original condition. In addition, Panda Gin bottles must be sealed as you received them (the original heat shrink must be intact) when returned.
What is your return policy?
We will refund you the full value of any product purchased, provided the following conditions are met:
1) You have the possibility to return the product(s) in question to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition that you received them and with all labels and packaging intact.
3) Please send the return items to the following address, with a note inside including your name, order number and the zip code of the original order:

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we will not be able to refund postage costs, either on your original order or the return, unless the item is faulty.
How long does it take for my returned products to be credited?
The refund of the full amount of the order (excluding delivery costs) will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is the earliest. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction.

Are my products guaranteed?
Each Panda Gin product is subject to the legal warranty. The legal warranty means that a product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. If you believe that the products you have received do not meet this requirement, please contact by email at the following address: info@panda-gin.com, we will endeavour to process your request on working days within 48 hours.
What guarantees does Panda Gin offer?
We guarantee that our Panda Gin products are:
- Distilled and bottled in Belgium
- 100% certified organic
- Lychee based
- No additives
- 0% sugar
- Completely free of GMOs and any type of allergenic elements.
Fake promotion
Below are some common questions about fake promotions.
Beware of fake promotions
We would like to warn you that fraudulent actions or promotions regularly circulate on social networks and via e-mail. These actions are not organized by Panda Gin. This is a scam that aims to collect as much personal data as possible. We therefore urge you not to participate in these actions and not to share them with your friends. Never communicate personal or sensitive information such as banking data and never open email attachments that you are not sure come from Panda Gin.
Panda Gin recommends that customers who wish to report fraudulent practices do so via Panda Gin customer service. Send us your feedback at info@panda-gin.com
What are the signs of a fraudulent email or message?
- The message invites you to participate in a lottery or tells you directly that you have won, for example a €500 voucher.
- The message contains spelling mistakes and uses unusual vocabulary.
- The website address does not start with https://www.panda-gin.com
- Be wary of emails with ominous subject lines like "Your account is blocked" or "An unauthorized login attempt has been made". Most of the time, these are fakes.
- Even if the email appears to be from Panda Gin, there's a good chance it's not genuine.

Why Panda Gin?
Great question! The Panda is personified in everything we do.
The image represents an animal, the Panda, related to the origin of the lychee present in our product.
We chose black and white to refer to the animal and for the sober side of the graphics.
The name “PANDA” seemed obvious.
What is Gin and where does it come from?
The history of gin is the history of juniper. It’s the botany that transforms a distilled spirit into gin. In fact, you can’t call a spirit “gin” without using juniper berries. Since its creation as a medicinal product in Holland and Belgium in the 16th century, gin has become a beloved spirit around the world.
Is Panda Gin gluten free?
Although all our gins are distilled from wheat spirit, the distillation process removes all allergens from our distilled gin. However, we always recommend checking with your GP as allergies vary from case to case.
What are our opening hours?
Opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, during which time we are available via chat and email. We are closed on weekends.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Deliveries from our online gin shop are packaged in recyclable cardboard and our gift boxes are also recyclable.
Glass is a sustainable material that can be recycled endlessly without loss of quality. Here are some details:
Recyclability : Glass bottles, including alcohol bottles, can be collected, sorted, melted, and transformed into new glass products.
