Recipe
- 5cl Panda Gin
- 1.5cl of cane syrup
- 5 crushed raspberries
- 1 egg white
- 2.5cl of lime juice
- 2 drops of orange blossom
Method :
- Put the ingredients in the shaker with ice cubes
- Shake it once
- Remove the ice cubes
- Shake a second time
- Serve in the glass
Decoration
- Spike of 3 raspberries and a sprig of mint
