Recipe
- 5cl Panda Gin
- 1.5cl cane syrup
- 5 crushed raspberries
- 1 egg white
- 2.5cl lime juice
- 2 drops of orange blossom
Method:
- Place ingredients in shaker with ice cubes
- Shake once
- Remove ice cubes
- Shake a second time
- Serve in glass
Garnish
- Skewer with 3 raspberries and mint sprig
