Panda Fizz

The Gin Fizz is a classic 19th-century cocktail, born in American bars and becoming one of the great standards of global mixology. Panda Gin reinterprets it with orgeat syrup instead of sugar and a touch of cinnamon as a garnish, bringing a warm and spicy dimension to this refreshing classic.

Recipe:

  • 5cl Panda Gin
  • 2.5cl lime juice
  • 1.5cl Orgeat Syrup
  • Egg white
  • Soda

Method:

  • Place all ingredients except the soda in the shaker with ice
  • Shake vigorously (dry shake recommended for egg white)
  • Strain into a highball glass
  • Top with soda

Garnish:

  • Grate cinnamon over the foam
  • Add a cinnamon stick
