Panda Smash

The Basil Smash is a contemporary cocktail created in 2008 by German bartender Jörg Meyer, quickly becoming a global reference in modern mixology. Panda Gin drew inspiration from it, incorporating its 100% organic botanical signature, honey instead of sugar, and a saline solution that reveals and amplifies the gin's aromas.

Recipe:

  • 5cl Panda Gin
  • 1 spoonful of honey
  • 2.5cl lime juice
  • 2cl saline solution

Method:

  • Muddle 10 basil leaves in the shaker
  • Add ingredients and shake
  • Double strain
  • Serve in a glass with ice.

Garnish:

  • Basil leaves
