Pink Panda
Recipe :
- 5 cl of Panda Gin
- 1.5 cl of guava syrup
- 4/5 drops of Rhubarb Bitters
- 1.5 cl of centrifuged grapefruit juice
Method :
- Combine the elements in your shaker
- Shake with ice
- Fill the pre-chilled short drink with ice to the brim.
- Strain the liquid into the glass using a strainer and a sieve.
- Finish with the Ginger Ale Tonic and an orange zest, rub it on the rim of the glass and on the stem
Decoration:
- Long black straw or Milkshake type straw
- Bouquet of flowers: Fuchsia, roses…
