Pink Panda is an original creation by Panda Gin, designed to captivate with both its color and its flavors. Guava syrup provides a tropical sweetness, Rhubarb Bitters a slight fruity bitterness, and centrifuged grapefruit a fresh, natural acidity. With 100% organic Panda Gin and Ginger Ale Tonic, this short drink is as beautiful as it is delicious.
Recipe:
- 5 cl Panda Gin
- 1.5 cl guava syrup
- 1.5 cl centrifuged grapefruit juice
- 4-5 drops of Rhubarb Bitters

Ginger Ale Tonic to top up
Method:
- Combine gin, guava syrup, grapefruit juice and bitters in a shaker
- Shake with ice
- Fill a pre-chilled short drink glass with ice to the brim
- Double strain (strainer + sieve) into the glass
- Top up with Ginger Ale Tonic

Rub an orange peel on the rim and base of the glass

- Long black straw or milkshake straw
