White Panda is an original creation by Panda Gin, inspired by contemporary mixology's milky cocktails. Organic whole milk provides a smooth and velvety texture, peach liqueur adds a fruity roundness, and drops of grapefruit bitters offer a sharp and precise counterpoint. With 100% organic Panda Gin and a Premium Tonic Soda, this cocktail is as surprising as it is alluring.
Recipe:
- 5 cl Panda Gin
- 1.5 cl peach liqueur
- 1.5 cl organic whole milk
- 4-5 drops grapefruit bitters

3 cl Premium Tonic Soda
Method:
- Combine gin, peach liqueur, milk, and bitters in a shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain the ice from the shaker
- Fill the glass with ice, leaving a gap from the rim
- Double strain into the glass
- Add Premium Tonic Soda

Rub an orange peel around the rim and stem of the glass
Garnish:
- 2 cinnamon sticks
